ENVIRONMENTAL COMMUNICATION STRATEGY IN MINIMIZING FOOD WASTE AT KFC MEDAN

The goal of this study is to outline how environmental communication methods helped KFC Medan reduce food waste. This adopts a descriptive methodology and qualitative research techniques. On the basis primary secondary data, data sources are chosen. key informant chosen for was HR in regions North Sumatera Aceh. According study's findings, 1) There supporting inhibiting factors process at Medan, but all them can be properly overcome based on specific mechanisms from leadership KFC, 2) communicators, messages, media, communicants who play role process. strategy that has been carried out by includes 4 components role, namely communicants. In addition, there several it, during Medan. However, everything certain employees does not mind if ordered cosumers or customers finished still left. Because according it consumer's right finish consumers.
